In this fashion the customer notifies us, we take care of the problem after informing you of the situation and send you the invoice. We will not share any sensitive, proprietary or fiduciary information with the customer. We simply streamline the entire service aspect of your business to reduce the strain and allow you to focus on what you do best.

When a good machine leaves a customer’s location after a years long service agreement it is not necessarily done. We can assist not only with removal and proper recycling of the machine, but if it has life left, we can referbish it so it can go back into field service for about 60% of the cost of a new unit.
